Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.

I visited New York City again about a year ago and I have been there many times, however, this time we went to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens in Brooklyn, NY. This was the first time I had ever been and it was absolutely breathtaking. All the different things they have there are awesome and if you are ever in the area, you should definitely pay them a visit! They have a greenhouse specifically devoted to orchids and its many species. The largest in the world (bottom left) is the “Tiger Orchid”. It can grow up to 30′ in diameter and can reach heights of over 45′!!

Admission is really reasonable and you can spend all day there. We are going to New York again this year and I hope we get the chance to go again and see some different things that they didn’t have last year.
